All my beer -- including all stouts --- is stored in a cold fridge -- not a closet, not a cellar, not a "wine cooler." All stouts with adjuncts should be stored below 40 degrees. Many amateur sellers selling for cheap here have "cellared" their stouts which means NOT in a cold fridge, which is unacceptable if you want to preserve adjuncts as purely as possible.
