1x Barrel Aged Accipiter (14%) We let the Batch 1 Accipiter base rest for 14 months in a 7 year Willet barrel before conditioning it on Shredded Coconut, Macaroon Coconut, Coconut Macaroon Cookies, Thai Bananas, and Cacao Nibs. Barrel Aged Accipiter pours pitch black with a khaki colored head. Aromas of banana puree, coconut macaroons, and brownies come alive with decadent flavors of fresh baked fudge, banana custard drizzled with chocolate syrup and bourbon drenched coconut snowballs. The barrel offers a nougat like finish with a light vanilla char balancing the adjuncts perfectly with its boozy barrel notes.

It’s finally back! We took last years Swiss Bliss base and aged in a Blanton’s barrel for nearly 12 months before conditioning it on Brandon’s favorite Swiss Chocolate Almond Coffee, Almonds, and Marshmallow. The result is a beautifully rich and decadent brownie stout laced with a rich nutty flavor from the almonds and a slightly sweet magical marshmallow finish with just enough coffee to cut through any sweetness. The barrel presence offers a beautiful caramel vanilla finish making this favorite drink like a rocky road ice cream shake on steroids.
