We’ve aged this thiccc and boozy imperial stout in fresh dumped Larid's Apple Brandy barrels for 678 days! After achieving optimal barrel extraction, we racked this apple brandy soaked beer into our stainless steel treatment tank and treated it with strawberry, Ghana & Philippine cacao nibs, and vanilla beans from Tanzania, West Papua, and Vanatau. Bon appétit!

A 22-month Apple Brandy barrel aged imperial Neapolitan ice cream stout that's been soaking in sweet, toasted, and raw coconut flakes!! 300 pounds to be exact! One of the highest coconut to beer ratios we've used to date. That combined with the rich chocolate we get from the Ghana & Philippine cacao nibs, creamy vanilla from Tanzania, West Papua, and Vanuatu vanilla bean caviar, and ripe sweet strawberry, makes this beer a pastry girl's or boi’s dream come true.
