Bottle #1 - Barrel Aged Contains Chocolate - We took our GABF award winning stout (Contains Chocolate) and put it to rest in Willett Distillery rye barrels for 13 months. It was then conditioned on a truly absurd amount of cacao nibs from our friends over at Pinellas Chocolate Company and pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans to help boost the chocolate flavor. The result is a viscous, whiskey soaked milk chocolate explosion.
Bottle #2 - Apple Brandy Champurrado - our Mexican hot chocolate inspired stout aged in Apple Brandy barrels for 10 months. After it's slumber, we conditioned this beer on cinnamon, cacao nibs from Pinellas Chocolate Company, Madagascar vanilla beans, agave nectar, marshmallows and cayenne peppers.
