North Dakota clover honey mead fermented with chardonnay yeast
We were able to get our hands on a very limited supply of special clover blossom honey, which was truly deserving of a unique recipe. So we fermented it with an equally unique yeast that helps bring out delicate floral, pineapple, and buttery notes. It goes without saying, we would happily make this all clover again ;)
500ml @ 14% abv
