Pepper is a Port Finished Brandy Barrel Aged Barleywine aged 1 year and 5 months then transferred into a Buffalo Trace Barrel for 6 more months. The Double Barrel Aged Barleywine was then blended with a Laird's 6year Apple Brandy Barrel Barleywine, that was aged for 1 year and 7 months before blending. After blending, we finished this Barleywine off with the most excellent Peruvian Pompona Vanilla Beans. 60% Apple Brandy Barrel 40% Double Barrel Barleywine Blend.
