1x bottle of Radio Silence '22 by Great Notion
"The first batch of Radio Silence was never packaged, and only served on draft. We are finally ready to release the 2022 batch in bottles. Just like the first batch, this is an unflavored Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. The 2022 vintage is a blend of stouts aged in Heaven Hill (27 months) and Woodford Reserve (35 months) barrels.
We used a wide variety of specialty malts in the mash to add layers of flavor and aroma. Marris Otter makes up almost 75%of the malt bill. Both stouts were boiled for an average of 10 hours to concentrate the wort for a thicker body. In addition to a long boil, we also used some sugars that create a fuller mouthfeel. We mostly prefer brewing Pastry Stouts, but we always look forward to releasing this unadulterated stout for you all. Enjoy the efforts!"
