Inspired by one of our favorite childhood cookies, we conditioned the stout on caramel, toasted coconut, and a combination of Haitian and Ugandan cacao nibs. This variant is packed with bold coconut flavors that are supported by caramel sweetness and rich chocolate.
• Imperial Milk Stout blended with Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stouts. In this 10.3% blend, the Imperial Milk Stout mellows the Barrel-Aged Stouts and creates subtle oak tones that are balanced by notes of sweet maple, chocolate, and coffee.
• Peppermint Vanilla Imperial Milk Stout. This year we wanted to make a variant that was inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake. To achieve that sweet and creamy flavor we conditioned the stout on a generous amount of peppermint and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a decadent yet balanced beer with sweet vanilla notes and a bright mint finish.
• Peanut Butter Chocolate Imperial Milk Stout. A fan favorite flavor pairing, inspired by a chocolate peanut butter cup. We conditioned the stout on a generous amount of peanut butter and a combination of Ecuadorian, Haitian, and Ugandan cacao nibs. This variant is packed with rich flavors of chocolate and peanut butter.
