This Imperial Stout was brewed in collaboration with a founding member of the Flour City Beer Appreciation Association. Inspired by the flavors of a mexican cookie, it contains locally roasted Dominican cocoa nibs, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, dried ancho peppers, and a blend of Madagascar/Mexican vanilla beans. Then, it was aged 13 months in an Elijah Craig barrel. It provides a balanced flavor with a medium body and cinnamon/chocolate undertones. Finishes with just the right amount of heat that builds.
