All my beer -- including all stouts --- is stored in a cold fridge. All stouts with adjuncts should be stored below 40 degrees -- not in "dark and cool" cellar, or closet, or even wine cooler -- those won't cut it; the adjuncts will deteriorate more quickly. A stout that looks like a bargain is not a bargain if it hasn't been stored properly.

1 bottle Hypnos Coffee Hazelnut Coconut Stout (10%) This Imperial Stout starts with a thick chocolate base. Then, we conditioned the beer on marshmallow, vanilla, hazelnuts, coffee, and toasted coconut. Brewed in collaboration with the Buffalo Beer Geeks for the CollaBEERation Festival.
