Both are the superior original batches, NOT the more recent not-as-great ones. They have been stored cold to preserve adjuncts.

1x Aslin LEAPLING (14.4%) Apple Brandy and Bourbon barrel aged stout with 4 different types of 4 different ingredients. Vanilla-Ugandan vanilla, Madagascar vanilla, Tahitian vanilla, and Mexican vanilla. Coffee-Geisha, Costa Rican, Ethiopian & Kenyan beans. Chocolate-Uganda, Haiti, the Dominican Republic & Vietnam. Coconut-toasted coconut, coconut chips, coconut candy, and raw coconut. Thank you for shopping!

1x Aslin Castle Hill (16.5%) This is the barrel aged version of our imperial stout Juan de Bolas. Aged for 14 months in Bourbon Barrels, we then conditioned the beer on Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, Blueberry, Cocoa Nibs, and Toasted Coconut. A flash of blueberry and barrel notes on the nose meld seamlessly into flavors of dark chocolate, chewy coconut, and roasted coffee. And yes, the label is upside down on purpose! Castle Hill is a suburb of Sydney, Australia, where the Aslin sisters grew up.
