Ball or Sword Imperial Stout(Imperial Stout - 14.3% ABV) Collaboration with J. Wakefield Brewing and Mostra Coffee. Brewed with Mostra Coffee Roasters Philippine Sitio Belis and Coconut with our pals at J. Wakefield Brewing. We worked with the incredible folks at Mostra Coffee to choose a coffee for this stout. We landed on one unique to Mostra, Sitio Belis, that has a creamy, smooth body and notes of milk chocolate, honeysuckle, and cinnamon. Complex and powerful enough to play nicely with the macaroon cut coconut we use, also from the Philippines. We've been excited to finally plan a new stout with our long time friends at J. Wakefield along with the Mostra crew. Cheers!
