Listing a mini-vertical of Side Project's Pulling Nails series. 3 bottles are included (Pulling Nails 4, Pulling Nails 5, Pulling Nails 6). Descriptions of each are below:
Pulling Nails is our ongoing experiment in the art of blending individual threads of different beers to create one unique, complex, finished beer.
Threads for Blend #4 include:
Unblended #40 (28 months in oak), Bière de Missouri (Blanc de Blancs base beer - 16 months in oak), Oude du Blé (14 months in oak), Oude Fermier w/ Peaches (17 months in oak)
Blend #5 is the union of two beers that were fermented in and aged in wine barrels for more than a year and blended to exemplify our love of Brettanomyces and the spontaneous beers of Belgium. This blend was aged on tart cherries for almost a year before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
