One Thousand Year *Variant* - Imperial Stout aged Apple Brandy barrels for 12 months and bourbon barrels for an additional 12 months conditioned on raw coconut, single origin @viderichocolate cacao nibs from the Philippines, Madagascar vanilla, blueberry honey, and toasted macadamia nuts. We decided One Thousand Years (our 1000th batch of beer ever) was so good that it needed some added decadence. Wholesome and complex notes of expensive candy bars and fudgey fondue.
