the Anchorage team fermented and aged it in Missouri Oak. Then, they finished it on 1,000 lbs of hazelnuts that were roasted in Anchorage’s own wood-fired oven. Finally, they added luscious coconut and Madagascar vanilla to create a rich, full body that drinks almost creamy.

This one was fermented and aged in Missouri oak and finished on hundreds of pounds of amazing coffee from Klatch Coffee and Thousands of pounds of raw coconut!!! The result is like silky dark chocolate cake soaked in cold soak coffee. When you first taste it there is so much coffee character, then as it sits for a bit and warms the coconut shows its self.

Thick Imperial Stout fermented and aged in Missouri Oak foudres and finished with roasted hazelnuts, toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Black barleywine / imperial stout blend of double-oaked and triple-oaked beer that was finished on toasted coconut after spending a combined 20 months in a blend of 15-year Calumet Farms, Willett, Willett rye and Buffalo Trace barrels.

Triple barrel black barleywine finished with toasted coconut. Aged 20 months in a blend of buffalo trace, 6 year rye hoffmeister cooperage heavy char, clumet farms, 18 year knob creek, and wild turkey bourbon barrels.

This blend of double-oaked and triple oaked imperial stout and black barleywine was aged for 20 months in a blend of Calumet Farms, Willett, Willett rye and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
