Brewed September 2010, this burgundian ale was aged for 50 months in oak wine barrels. Bottled in November 2014, this beer has been nearly 6 years in the making. Six years! How quickly the landscape of the brewery, and beer has changed from a single building and with just myself and a vision to its present state. All the while, the beer we refer to as Six Years, was evolving - released to you as a symbol of our temporal existence.
