"2026 Double Barrel Catch Hell spent ten months in a mix of 4-year Buffalo Trace and 10-year Early Times barrels before being re-barreled into Blackberry Brandy barrels for another five months. A final, elegant immersion of cinnamon and vanilla has us gracefully meeting the seasonal shift. A well-deserved sensory range offers immediate notes of dark fruit jerky, mixed berry compote with cinnamon dusted bourbon chocolate pour-over. Our biggest 40-plato base stout recipe lends depth and weight, with vanilla being a bridge to a leather-coco, blackberry pie bake-off for stout heads.”
