King Jjjuliusss 5/9/2024 (American Double IPA, 8.4% ABV, 16oz) An extra kettle hop and extra dry hopped version of King Julius! The result is an incredibly intense citrus hop blast unlike anything we've experienced here at Tree House. Mango, orange, and sweet grapefruit are predominant in the aroma with hints of pineapple and blended tropical fruit juice. The taste mirrors the aroma with a juicy mouthfeel and a proper bitterness. This beer challenges the sense and rewards the palate as it warms in the glass. Complex, raw, and beautiful, the amplified King is is a beer we are excited to share with you to share with you-Enjoy!
Golden Fern 5/10/2024 (Double IPA, 8.2%, 16oz) New Zealand, a wonderland of diverse landscapes and terrains, each peak and valley unveils a unique spectacle. The sun's golden touch sets everything afire with ethereal colors, and pink and purple mountains surge and dissolve into verdant plains and thickets of lush jungle. As you wander beneath the shadow of these mountains and hills, the moon chasing the sun into a softly glowing dusk, secrets flourish in the dimming light. The Silver Fern, deeply embedded in New Zealand's traditional and contemporary culture, is an unmatched spectacle globally. This ancient foliage reflects Golden light from its underside, illuminating paths with an eerie brilliance, guiding hunters through the forest as they bend toward the canopy. Golden Fern is an enticingly amplified rendition of Silver Fern, a Double IPA we released early this year. As it fills your glass, Nelson and Peacharine Hops harmonize the delicate aroma of white grape and summery peach. Underneath this fragrant symphony, Motueka explodes with sweet tropical fruits, while Waimea provides a foundation of citrus peel and subtle wooden notes. May your senses surrender to the allure of this beguiling brew, and let your mind meander amidst the veiled jewels, concealed amidst the ordinary, awaiting discovery.
Single Shot w/ Vanilla Bean 2024 (Sweet Milk Stout, 6.4%, 16oz) This modification builds upon the original by conditioning the finished beer atop Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans. A beer that exhibits a subtle and well integrated vanilla note with rich coffee character while retaining a wonderful airiness and drinkability. We taste bourbon chocolate, brown sugar, and vanilla with a soft coffee acidity on the finish. The vanilla reveals nuanced character as it warms, though never overwhelming the senses, with the coffee notes slowly mellowing.
Mom’s Ray of Sunshine 2024 (Coffee Milk Stout, 7.6% ABV, 16oz) What’s not to love about PB&J? This classic fuels little brains across the country&mdashit satiates appetites en route to soccer practice, trumpet lessons or any of the other million things the Moms in our lives do for us everyday. This beer is brewed with Pale and Chocolate malts, lactose, coffee, cacao and gobs of peanut butter. On top of those decadent ingredients we then condition it on strawberries and raspberries, adding layers of sticky sweet jam. Mom’s Ray of Sunshine exhibits notes of milk chocolate, dark brown sugar and, of course, rich roasted peanuts & sweet summer berries. Until we find a way to cut this beer into triangles, we can’t think of a better way to honor our Moms than pouring a tall glass of this liquid nostalgia.
Earth Day 4/22/2024 (American Pale Ale, 5.0% ABV, 16oz) The roots of environmentalism run deep in our home state and we’re honored to play a small part in that rich history. The transcendental movement of the 19th century urged us to find the divine in nature and place our attention on the here and now. Emerson’s essay “Nature” and of course Thoreau’s “Walden” forever changed American’s conception of the natural world. These revolutionary ideas didn’t gather dust but rather transformed into action, some of our nation’s first private land trusts, cultural landscape preservation and heritage parks started right here in the Bay State. We are proud to honor this legacy and a portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to a modern iteration of this ethos, the Nature Conservancy. Earth Day is a crisp, hop forward pale ale with notes of Sauvignon blanc, earthy citrus and mixed tropical fruits. We hope you enjoy this beer on the porch, in the woods or anywhere else where we can unburden ourselves and appreciate our special place in Mother Nature.
