Concert Beer 4/29/2024 (American IPA, 6.8% ABV, 16oz) A somewhat rare single IPA release, this gem contains Peacharine and Citra in abundance resulting in a mix of stone fruit and citrus that is to thirst for.
Galaxy Many Ways 4/10/2024 (Double IPA, 7.8% ABV, 16oz.) The magic of terroir&mdashthe environmental conditions, especially soil and climate, in which hops are grown and give a hop their unique flavor and aroma&mdashcontinues to enthrall us at Tree House. The Many Ways series sheds light on this magic. For this rendition, we’ve taken bucket loads of Galaxy grown exclusively by our friends at Hop Products Australia in their Tasmanian hop garden, Bushy Park Estates. Bushy Park Estates has a storied hop-growing lineage stretching back over 150 years. This reliability produces incredible Galaxy, showcased here with notes of underripe pineapple, lemon-lime, and earthy citrus, with a tongue-coating tropical hop oil finish. Tasmania stands as a beacon of untamed beauty in an increasingly clustered world. With clean air, cold ocean breezes, and ancient forests, it’s a bit like the land before time.
Citra All Ways 4/26/2024 (American Double IPA, 8.4%, 16oz) The magic of terroir&mdashthe environmental conditions, especially soil, and climate, in which hops are grown and give a hop their unique flavor and aroma&mdashcontinues to enthrall us at Tree House. Following the success of our Citra Many Ways series, we decided to take it a step further. We combined Citra hops from three different locations: Carpenter Ranches in the Yakima Valley of Washington, Coleman Agriculture in St. Paul, Oregon, and Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho. This resulted in a single-hop beer that carries deep Citra complexity and expresses the best attributes of each growing region. Here you’ll enjoy notes of bright citrus, stone fruit, lychee, ripe mango, clementine-like character, and a hint of vanilla. With a gentle bitterness on the finish, this beer is simply wonderful in concert with Tree House’s unique house character.
Very Hazy 4/18/2024 (Double IPA, 8.6% ABV, 16oz) A kicked-up version of Haze, our Double IPA, Very Hazy is a beer that makes us Very Happy! Very Hazy conveys all the beautiful flavors of Haze, but with even greater depth and potency. Pungent grapefruit notes greet your palate while an underlying current of soft tropical fruit dances in the background. Just the right amount of bitterness balances the sweet fruit flavors while a velvety soft mouthfeel make you easily (and dangerously!) forget this one clocks in at 8.6% ABV. A beautiful and unapologetic mess of a beer, and one we are most pleased to share with you - enjoy!
Haze 10th Anniversary 5/3/2024 (Double IPA, 8.2% ABV, 16oz)Originally brewed in the winter of 2014, Haze is by far the youngest of the core Tree House icons, but its concept predates its release by almost half a decade. We have brewed hundreds and hundreds of batches of this beer, traveled the world to learn which hops make it as good as it can be, and, through constant iteration and refinement, dedicated our working lives to making it a beer we love to drink. For this celebratory batch, we’ve included Amarillo sourced from Elk Mountain in Idaho. This Amarillo had a particularly potent stone fruit note that played perfectly with the familiar Haze hop blend. In addition to Amarillo, we’ve used a very small splash of fresh 2024 Peacharine
Fresh Peach 5/10/2024 (American IPA, 6.5%, 16oz) Fresh Peach was crafted to showcase the best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine that we have. We went to great lengths to get Nelson and Peacharine specifically in-house as close to harvest as possible to make this beer. In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch. The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make.
