I cannot find a bottle date, but my records tell me these bottles were acquired in 2015. They have been properly stored in my Cellar.

Pips - Obscure

This variation of our Imperial Stout combines a portion of the year-round version combined with a portion that went through a lengthy aging process in freshly used tequila barrels. The blend is then combined with Dominican Republic cocoa nibs and cocoa powder, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, and blend of Mexican coffees. The result is a luscious, complex brew with notes of vanilla, oak, cocoa, and caramel.
