Foeder Tones - Modern Times BeerThis unique and ridiculously tasty batch of our beloved Modem Tones imperial dessert stout was treated to an extended 6-month stay in a heavy-toast American oak foeder. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with aromas of maple and brown sugar complimented by flavors of peanut brittle and rich toffee over a backbone of toasty oak.

Modern Times Beer Foeder Tones W/ Coconut & CocoaThis iteration of foeder tones was lavished with extremely generous amounts of raw & house-toasted coconut and Mexican cocoa nibs. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with decadent notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate, and coconut over a backbone of toasty oak.

Modern Times Beer Pharaoh AscendantBuilt on a complex and meticulously constructed malt bill, this unapologetically decadent imperial stout was lavished with straight-up irresponsible amounts of maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla. The result is a resounding detonation of dessert flavors that cradle the palate like a hammock made of compliments.

Modern Times Beer Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing Company Spectrum of DesireThis blend of bourbon barrel-aged and stainless imperial stout was infused with Dutch-process cocoa powder, a hefty 3lbs-per-barrel of house-roasted Brazil Eagle coffee beans, and a 50/50 blend of Papua New Guinea and Tanzanian vanilla. It’s just the kind of cozy, liquid blanket of delicious decadence we could probably all benefit from right about now.
