Barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged in Willett 8 year Bourbon, Still630 Rye and Bourbon and 7 year MGP Rye barrels which held our stout for 16 to 21 months before blending. After blending, we infused the barrel-aged stout with our heavy dose of coconut and a dash of cocoa nibs for its final expression to be shared with you.

The barrel stock we tasted through to choose the 2021 BBT blend is the exact same stock that we pull from for the Derivations and all of our stouts.
