Flora is the wine barrel-aged version of Florence (1915-1967), our grandfather’s sister as well as the name of our Farmstead® wheat ale. We selected a single barrel of Flora and aged it on fresh, Vermont-grown Montmorency cherries. The result is a complex, elegant expression of the annual harvest.

1 bottle of 2024 Nillerzzzzzzz Blend 7Nillerzzzzzzz Blend 7 (750ml Bottle)Barrel-Aged Vanilla Double Stout 14.7% ABVFor our lucky blend 7 of our beautiful vanilla bean double stout, we scraped the caviar from 7 growing regions. Vanilla beans sourced from Fiji, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Reunion, Niue, Vietnam, and Haiti were used in this blend. Two large format barrels aged for 40 months and two small format barrels aged for 27 months are the threads within this blend.

1 bottle of 2024 Central AmericazzzzzBarrel-Aged Vanilla Double Stout 14.7% ABV A blend of large and small format barrels which are aged between 38 and 22 months, creates the backbone. Vanilla beans sourced exclusively from Central American countries, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Costa Rica beans are represented in this blend.

Blend of 3 barrels of Lambic maturing in fresh emptied Vin Jaune barrels from Stephane Tissot. Two barrels were filled with wort and one with a two years old Lambic. We let it maturate for two years for the wort and one year for the Lambic. Beer bottled on 27th December 2016.Limited amount sold online
