1 bottle of Pips ObscureObscure is our Blueberry Mead with Vanilla aged in a used barrel from our friends at Toppling Goliath. Much like "Fade", this mead uses a lighter touch of Vanilla to help lend a creaminess to the body. It also serves to accentuate the chocolate-like notes from the barrel's previous life. This mead finishes with a slightly tannic and more drying finish, with bursts of blueberry, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, and toasted nut.

Foeder Tones - Modern Times BeerThis unique and ridiculously tasty batch of our beloved Modem Tones imperial dessert stout was treated to an extended 6-month stay in a heavy-toast American oak foeder. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with aromas of maple and brown sugar complimented by flavors of peanut brittle and rich toffee over a backbone of toasty oak.
