1 bottle of Forager IndiaIn 2023 we found the beans from India to be utterly fantastic and exciting on their own. We found these beans to carry an extremely sweet vanilla aroma, notes of smokey campfire smores with hints of caramel and aged rum. This barrel-aged blended stout is loaded with these beautiful beans.

1 bottle of Forager Unlucky DuckFor this bottle we took one of our favorite barrel aged stout recipes and blended from different barrel vintages & barrel sizes to create this complex liquid. Barrels aged between 26 and 45 months for this syrupy delicacy. We hope you like this blend as much as we do.

Peleg Hill Jr. (1757-1831) was our great, great, great, great grandfather and one of Greensboro’s original inhabitants. In his honor, we crafted our interpretation of a traditional/historical old ale and reserved it with our resident microflora in third-fill bourbon barrels from some of our favorite distilleries. For over 18 months, it was allowed to leisurely develop its complex, unique flavors and express both the character of its environs and its history. 

Juicy is inspired by our love for New Zealand—the adventures had therein, and the journeys grown from without. Our love for the landscape, the agriculture, and the spirited reflection of its inhabitants has led to the vision of what lies before you. This dry-hopped Farmstead® ale is conditioned in wine barrels with our resident microflora.

Anna Valiquette Hill (1902-1993) was our grandfather's sister, whose memory we honor with her namesake Farmstead* ale crafted with Vermont wildflower honey.At the end of 2018, we aged a small portion of Anna atop raspberry and blueberry pomace from the 2018 harvest season for nearly 3 months.
