Modern Times Beer Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing Company Spectrum of DesireThis blend of bourbon barrel-aged and stainless imperial stout was infused with Dutch-process cocoa powder, a hefty 3lbs-per-barrel of house-roasted Brazil Eagle coffee beans, and a 50/50 blend of Papua New Guinea and Tanzanian vanilla. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with aromas of maple and brown sugar complimented by flavors of peanut brittle and rich toffee over a backbone of toasty oak.
