It’s just the kind of cozy, liquid blanket of delicious decadence we could probably all benefit from right about now.

Foeder Tones - Modern Times BeerThis unique and ridiculously tasty batch of our beloved Modem Tones imperial dessert stout was treated to an extended 6-month stay in a heavy-toast American oak foeder. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with aromas of maple and brown sugar complimented by flavors of peanut brittle and rich toffee over a backbone of toasty oak.

We teamed up with our friends at Great Notion to brew our latest dessert-inspired imperial stout: Rocky Road.
