Three Floyds Dark Lord Brozerker '18

Imperial Stout aged in port wine barrels, 17.8% ABV

Ale aged in oak barrels, 16.2% ABV

100% Ale aged in tequila barrels, 15% ABV

Harkening back to a recent emergence of Aaron, we crafted and conditioned this imperial stout in a blended combination of Port and Bourbon barrels. The first assembly rested for over two years in Bourbon barrels from our favorite distillery. The second portion spent nearly a year in freshly-emptied Port barrels. The final blend of the two expresses a dual harmony of refinement and complexity.

For Blend 2026, we stepped deliberately outside our comfort zone, assembling a trio of beers that came together with unexpected harmony. The blend is composed of 40% strong ale aged 27 months in apple brandy casks, 40% imperial stout aged 26 months in bourbon barrels, and 20% imperial brown ale aged 41 months in bourbon barrels.
