Tree of Perception is a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine that underwent a secondary rest on Amburana wood. This Southern Hemisphere sweet wood imparts unbelievably rich aromas of cinnamon cookies, vanilla bean syrup, and spiced butterscotch caramels.
