Foeder Tones - Modern Times BeerThis unique and ridiculously tasty batch of our beloved Modem Tones imperial dessert stout was treated to an extended 6-month stay in a heavy-toast American oak foeder. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with aromas of maple and brown sugar complimented by flavors of peanut brittle and rich toffee over a backbone of toasty oak.

Modern Times Beer Foeder Tones W/ Coconut & CocoaThis iteration of foeder tones was lavished with extremely generous amounts of raw & house-toasted coconut and Mexican cocoa nibs. Wisdom is an Old Ale brewed in collaboration with Horus aged ale. This year's version was aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels before being transferred to Bardstown Rum-finished Bourbon barrels, for a total aging time of 25 months and 10 days.
