This Imperial Stout starts with a thick chocolate base. After aging 18 months in a 1792 Bourbon barrels, we conditioned the beer on loads of marshmallow, vanilla, hazelnuts, and toasted coconut.paypal friends & family or venmo preferred. 

A still blend of 3 year old barley wine style ales, matured and oxidized in a 5 year old beer spirit (whiskey) barrel.

Oxidized barleywines aged on quince juice & blended with E. Dupont Ice Cidre

Blend of 1 year old ales matured in bourbon barrels & 5 year old solera style barley wine

Barrel-aged Chasing Darkness is an Imperial Stout aged for 27 months in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels before being blended and bottled

A blend of two double barrel-aged stouts. First aged for 12 months in a Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrel, then transferred to 9yr Willett Family Estate barrels for an additional 18 months. The beer was conditioned on four different types of vanilla - Indonesian, Madagascar, Tahitian, and Mexican. We added 2lbs directly to barrels for 3 months before conditioning it on an additional 4lbs in the brite.
