Traditional Belgian Oude Geuze from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel. This specific Oude Geuze is an assemblage of traditional lambics aged 1, 2, and 3 years in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-conditioned for at least 6 months. Spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts. Ingredients: 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, water.
