2016 Bourbon County BCBS - Proprietors, Coffee

I am extremely disappointed with this seller. I ordered 2016 Bourbon County BCBS, proprietors and coffee. The items were going to be a birthday gift for my fiancé. The seller never contacted me to indicate the packages had been shipped. I never received the items. I finally contacted ABC to find out the status of my order. It was only then that he said the items were shipped. The seller sent the items through Fed Ex but did not require a signature upon receipt or some kind of proof the items had arrived. I contacted the seller to try and work out a solution. At first, he said he would try to drop off the items to me to remedy the situation. However, as soon as my PayPal payment went through, ABC stopped responding to my emails. Don't buy from this seller. I spent $152 and received nothing. He was unprofessional and said he would get back to me about the Fed Ex investigation. I am still waiting for his response. SELLER RESPONSE: Seller shipped the package next day after payment, and package was delivered next day after shipment. FedEx driver investigated, and confirmed delivery to correct address. If buyer didn't received the package, it was stolen from buyers property. The payment/transaction was resolved by PayPal team after investigation, and it was communicated to the buyer. 11/27/2017 21:54:06
