Rafalacerda88's package was lost near his residence by UPS. I contacted him and kept him up to date with the entire lengthy process of trying to get the package found and or refunded by insurance. After weeks of the lengthy insurance process of contacting UPS daily, I have refunded the money. I did make sure to get another fresh batch of this beer as it was re-released today and not old for him, but that didn't seem good enough.
