After 57 purchases, here's my first negative review. I've never even given a neutral review. I purchased the Surly and BA Surly from this fella. After 2 weeks, followed up. 3 weeks, followed up, 4 weeks followed up. Finally a response, an apology included, "sorry I don't check my MBC account, I drank your BA Darkness. Contact me on my email, I check that. If you want a refund, no problem, I'll give you one and still send you some beer for the inconvenience". So I contacted him via email a few times to inform him I still wanted my beer. After 2 more weeks still no response. Disrespectful, ridiculous seller. Requested a refund via Paypal. Bug/Improvement submission and tracking

All transactions end on the PayPal payment page. 

- If you have arranged alternative payment methods or wish to discuss the transaction prior to payment 

then simply click into your dashboard  to message the seller/buyer. 

- Microsoft email is brutal! They have a circular response to solve problems. If you have a hotmail, live, msn, or outlook account you may see some issues receiving emails. We are working on it, but the internet is awash with the frustrations of all users trying to work through their silliness.
