Weller 12-Year Kentucky Wheated Bourbon This buyer contracted to purchase a bottle of Weller 12 yr. but subsequently reneged on the purchase after costing me the time and money to package it and generate UPS labels as well as the opportunity to sell to two other buyers. Repeated requests for payment produced nothing as the buyer claimed he 'could not figure out how to send funds using the standard PayPal F&F option. Bug/Improvement submission and tracking

All transactions end on the PayPal payment page.

- If you have arranged alternative payment methods or wish to discuss the transaction prior to payment

then simply click into your dashboard to message the seller/buyer.

- Microsoft email is brutal! They have a circular response to solve problems. If you have a hotmail, live, msn, or outlook account you may see some issues receiving emails. We are working on it, but the internet is awash with the frustrations of all users trying to work through their silliness.
