Mike and I have done business in the past, so I decided to honor his request to ship prior to him sending payment, as a gesture of goodwill for our ongoing business relationship. Unfortunately, two-plus months later, Mike has only paid $25 of the $67 balance. I reached out many times over several weeks to see what the status was on the remaining balance, and I was repeatedly told that the balance will be sent "soon." All transactions end on the PayPal payment page. 

- If you have arranged alternative payment methods or wish to discuss the transaction prior to payment 

then simply click into your dashboard  to message the seller/buyer. 

- Microsoft email is brutal! They have a circular response to solve problems. If you have a hotmail, live, msn, or outlook account you may see some issues receiving emails. We are working on it, but the internet is awash with the frustrations of all users trying to work through their silliness.
