(Stout, 9.2%, 16oz) In order to create a stout that forgoes extended barrel aging to mellow its character, we brewed a scaled-down version of Truth and blended it with threads from our cellar. The result is Half Truth, a deceptively rich and robust stout. Notes of vanilla bean swirl with aromas of fresh crushed cacao and toasty chocolate malts.This beer is a wonderful introduction to the world of fresh and barrel-aged stout, while also serving as a bridge, worthy of endless inspection for the well initiated.

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
