2x Test ECHO IN THE MEMORY Triple IPA [10%] 1st Edition, 2026 Citra, Krush on barley, wheat and oats Created in homage to the formative haze movement that emerged from the breweries of Vermont and Massachusetts in the early 2010s, this triple was designed to evoke memories of the original hazy ipas that got us into beer in the first place. In the glass, the iconic Orange Julius character is unmistakable and it’s highlighted by complimentary notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, apricots and tangerine creamsicles.

2x Test Voyage Spectral  [8%] 1st Edition, 2026ingle-Origin Manilita on barley, wheat and oats. Developed within the @freestylehops breeding program in Nelson Lakes, Manilita emerged from a pursuit less concerned with brute-force intensity and more focused on nuance, saturation, and aromatic texture. This IPA was designed as a single-origin study of the hop in its purest form — no supporting cast, no blending, no distraction. A pale haze carries aromatics of Juicy Fruit gum, jackfruit, paw paw and mango nectar, while the palate opens into pulpy citrus, soft tropical fruit, and a delicate suggestion of creamsicle and fresh-cut nectarine. Low bitterness and a velvety body allow Manilita’s uncommon aromatic detail to unfold gradually, revealing something different with each return to the glass.

Composed with low-bitterness, a full body and a soft, saturated mouthfeel, Interlude in Darkness greets you with the vibrant interplay of Citra and the unique strawberry-melon nuances of Strata.
