This Equilibrium Brewery set includes 1 bottle of each: (1) Barrel Aged Emperor's Marshmelatonin (1) Double Barrel Fall From Grace Grand Royale Barrel Aged Emperor’s Marshmelatonin started out 16 months ago when we put the original batch into a Willet barrel. Following its time in the barrel, we added a 50/50 blend of toasted and raw biodynamic coconut, as well as a generous helping of marshmallows. Barrel Aged Emperor’s Marshmelatonin pours decadently with traces of coconut oil slicks and mocha foam. Flavors of Devil’s Food Cake batter laced with Coco Lopez cream of coconut, French vanilla macaroons, and caramel-coated frosted marshmallows come together and morph into a luxurious texture with a light toasted bourbon char and a Rolo-like finish that will have you in Emperor mode with just a few sips. Double Barrel Fall From Grace Grand Royale is a collaboration with @civilsocietybrewing This barrel lover’s dream was aged in two different barrels for a total of 28 months, first in Heaven Hill barrels and then Weller barrels before adding banana, peanut, and marshmallow. Barrel-forward and decadent dessert flavors waft up from the pour before chocolate oak, extra peanut butter, and lovely rich banana fluff morph into one another with splashes of integrated bourbon, toasted marshmallow vanilla char, banana mudslide, and even more bourbon.
