1x Grimm EIGHT OF WANDS (7%) is a different kind of magic trick: a lean and efficient west coast IPA, it shows an incredibly rich and complex mid-palate hop flavor of lychee and passionfruit due to its blend of Riwaka, Strata, and Mosaic hops layered through multiple additions on both the hot and cold side. It finishes with a strong bitterness that matches it’s kaleidoscopic melange of evolving hop flavors. 7%.

2x Grimm MAGICAL REALISM (8%) is a hazy DIPA brewed with fonio, an ancient West African grain. Fonio thrives in arid climates such as the Sahel, and it regenerates the soil in which it grows. It is known for conveying a passionfruit-like tropical note that comes not from hops but from the grain itself. Sure enough, this hazy IPA glows with tropical and citrus energies. Magical Realism is hopped with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra. 8%
