PEACH COBBLER
A project that began over 4 years ago in our old location, carried over to our new location, and executed with excitement. This Imperial Stout rested in a single peach brandy barrels for 4, yes FOUR years. We then ripped it out and hit it with granola, baking spices, and vanilla for a twist on the classic peach cobbler flavor profile. 12% ABV, 187mL bottle, 1 per person at the release.
