Concept: "Heirloom recipes are a type of dialect passed through time and bloodlines..." Inspired by peach cobbler variations across regions.
Tasting notes: Bourbon + rye barrel character up front, then sugared stone fruit peach, warm Vietnamese cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla. Drinks like liquid peach cobbler with a whiskey barrel kick. 7 years of age has let the cinnamon mellow and the fruit/bourbon integrate.
