Bourbon barrel-aged strong ale finished with Bodhi Leaf Coffee beans and coconut. Stasis Project Level 01 release. 7 years of cellar age has mellowed the coffee bitterness and let the coconut + bourbon caramel integrate.
Tasting notes: Caramel malt and bourbon barrel themes bound by soft coconut, balanced with earthy bitterness from roasted coffee beans. Drinks like a liquid macaroon with coffee.
