Hydna is crafted with 100% Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, a blend of classic noble hops, and our house lager yeast blend, it is crisp, soft, and incredibly refreshing.
Double-decocted, naturally carbonated, and lagered for over eight weeks, we taste notes of candied lemon, honey, freshly baked bread, and crackers.
It is named after Hydna (lived around 480 BCE), who was an Ancient Greek swimmer. She is known for swimming over ten miles in order to sabotage the Persian fleet during the Persian invasion of Greece.
