Description:
A world-class wild ale inspired by traditional Belgian sours from the Senne Valley. Brewed with Colorado pilsner malt and raw wheat, aged European whole hops, and fermented in oak barrels with a proprietary blend of saccharomyces, brettanomyces, and lactic acid bacteria. Aged 9–12 months before blending. Expect notes of damp wood, hay, lemon juice, pear, and subtle floral undertones.
