Our first dry-hopped Farmhouse Ale originally made its debut during our first year open. Re-imagined and informed by our experiences since, it fits neatly among similar beers in our lineup; more modest than Rove but more assertive than Pebble. Made with a combination of CT-grown and malted barley, wheat and spelt, New Again spent several months in one of our American Oak foeders before returning to stainless and receiving a dry hop of Centennial and Motueka - two varieties that present beautifully in the presence of our house mixed culture.
