Foster Hill (1904 - 1919) was Edward's brother; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his 13 siblings. In its previous incarnation, we had honored him in a different manner, one that was limited by its infrequency; we hope to reinvigorate his memory by adapting his namesake beer to an American IPA -- brewed with Citra® and Simcoe® hops
