My 9th Anniversary beer, “Blessed Purr,” is my first collaboration with Gabe of Anchorage Brewing Company in Alaska that I will be releasing. I saved the best for last as far as this year of the Convocation goes. We took two of our favorite beers that we make, “Planifolia Purr” (‘Soft Kitty…’ in particular) from me and “Blessed” from him, and combined them. We used a blend of triple barrel aged and double barrel aged Imperial Stouts to do so. The sum of the parts is even better than the original components. This is the strongest beer I have ever released at 21.66% ABV. I cannot think of a collab that I have ever been this excited about.
