Hand selected at peak maturity by master distiller Brian Prewitt. The juice in this single barrel originates at Buffalo Trace Distillery, gets sent to Bowman I. Virginia, where it goes through an addition distillation process and gets aged at least 8-10 years and bottled at 100 proof. Information on mashbill is uncertain, but some say it is a custom blend of Buffalo Trace’s #1 and #2.
